Three ways that you can serve
Pray
“Our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Eph. 6:12).
Nothing can equal time spent in prayer! Please pray with us, that the LORD would through His Holy Spirit call people to faith and break the cycles of abuse and addiction. Pray that believers would hold firm against the attacks of the devil. “The world is ruled by the prayers of the saints”-Luther (Rev. 5:8)
Volunteer
Volunteers serve from as short as 1 day to as long as 2 months. It all depends on the time you have available. Projects include physical labor (building maintenance, gathering firewood, local construction) or missional interaction (Vacation Bible School, School tutoring, music/art lessons).
If you’re inclined to the physical labor check out our “dream list” of projects. If you’re inclined to serve more in a way that involves human interaction please contact the Pastor (sotvnavpastor@gmail.com) to make arrangements.
RVers are welcome to bring their vehicles and stay at the church grounds!
